This abstract painting is an invitation to consider the limitless possibilities of flight and navigation. The grouping of blue shapes references natural phenomenon such as birds, that are taking off, flying above. The planetary shape in the background illustrates our blue earth, the sun and moon, the outer edge of the wood panel echoing it.  The geometric abstract shapes contrast sharply with the expressive brushwork underneath, suggesting the polarities of life and nature, disorder verses order.
